2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with topslot's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire legal agreement between you and topslot. By completing the registration process and creating a topslot account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

4. Account Security

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the topslot platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). topslot does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, or digital assets of any kind. No currency conversion is applied to your account balance — what you deposit in PHP is what appears in your wallet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits topslot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination & Suspension

topslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if topslot reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been involved in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• topslot is required to do so by PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Continued account operation poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to topslot.

You may close your topslot account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and after deducting any outstanding bonus liabilities. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, topslot reserves the right to withhold all funds — including Real Money Funds — pending investigation and in accordance with PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and all relevant PAGCOR regulations and circulars as amended from time to time.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through topslot's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any such proceeding.

Players who have unresolved disputes regarding the fairness of game outcomes or the handling of their account may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint procedures available on the PAGCOR website.

14. Amendments
